Getting started
Build your first checklist, send a request and review what comes back.
- Add your clients. Add a client on the Clients page, or use Import clients to download and fill in the CSV template. Preview and fix entries before importing. Imports do not send invitations.
- Create your checklist. Start a new request, choose a client and add the documents or questions you need. You can also use a saved checklist. Learn how templates work →
- Review and send. Check the instructions and due date, then send the request. Your client opens their link and verifies their email without creating an account.
- Review the responses. Preview submitted documents and answers. Accept items that meet your request or ask for a replacement. See the full workflow →

Progress shows complete, to review, and pending (not yet returned or signed). For example: 9 complete · 2 to review · 1 pending. Counts include required items, optional items that have been returned or need a replacement, and one item per signing document. Optional-only requests count their listed items. A document's own signing count is the number of people. Unread messages are separate and can put a completed request in Needs attention.
