HERE TO SEND DOCUMENTS?
Use the request link from your business. Here is what happens next.
Use the request link the business shared with you. If it has expired or been replaced, ask the business for a fresh one.
Complete email verification if requested, read the checklist and upload the documents requested. You can add written answers where needed.
Submit your items for review. If the business needs a replacement, follow its feedback. A submitted document is not automatically accepted.
Ask the business requesting your documents to send it. The public website cannot look up your request.
By default, your verified email is remembered for seven days in the same browser for the same business. A business can instead require verification for each invitation, or turn codes off. A different browser, expired verification, or changed business setting may require a new code. Invitation links still expire and can be replaced. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
Use the latest code, check your spam folder, and request a fresh code after the short wait. If it still does not arrive, ask the requesting business to confirm your email address.
A request can hold up to 5 active uploaded files, up to 10 MB each. A replacement takes the place of the earlier file and does not use an extra active-file slot. Previous versions are retained subject to storage safeguards.
Check the file type and size shown on the request. If the business asked for a replacement, read its feedback and upload the corrected document.
Use the signing action in your request or your signing invitation email. Complete the fields assigned to you and confirm when you are done. If someone else also needs to sign, the document is complete after every assigned person finishes.
Expand the completed signature item to preview or download the completed PDF. The signing record is available separately. When completion emails are enabled, every signer receives one email after everyone has signed and the completed files are ready.
Use the request conversation or contact the requesting business. A message does not count as a document submission.
