What cookies do
Cookies are small values your browser sends back to a website. DocRoundup uses them to maintain sign-in, remember verified request access and protect the service. Blocking required cookies can prevent these functions from working.
Business sign-in
Authentication cookies keep a business account signed in and support secure sign-in and account verification. Business sessions normally last up to seven days and may be renewed during continued use. Signing out removes the current session’s access.
Client request access
Cookies whose names begin collection-client- maintain access to a specific verified request. Each request is kept separate, and access can expire or be revoked when a link is replaced. A client cookie does not grant access to a business workspace.
Restricted access
When an access-code gate is enabled, docroundup_tester_access remembers that the code was entered for up to seven days. It does not sign you in or grant access to private workspaces or client documents.
Technical diagnostics
When browser diagnostics are enabled, the first-party docroundup.diagnostics cookie connects technical events for troubleshooting. It does not grant account access or record the screen or keystrokes. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Strict and is Secure on HTTPS. It expires after 30 minutes without diagnostic activity; the identifier is replaced after an account change or a maximum of 24 hours.
Spam protection and external services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and technical signals for that purpose. Stripe payment pages and optional external sign-in pages may use their own cookies under those providers’ notices. The application does not add advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies.
Optional analytics cookies
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies on a public page. Its _ga cookies are configured to expire after 30 days without extending that expiry on each visit. Your choice is stored in docroundup.analytics-consent.v1 in browser storage. Declining prevents the tag from loading; withdrawing disables collection and removes Analytics cookies. Cookie preferences on public pages lets you change your choice. Private application and signing pages are excluded.
Your controls
Manage cookies and stored site data in your browser settings. Clearing required cookies may sign you out, remove remembered restricted access or require you to verify a client request again. For questions about browser storage, use the Contact page and choose Privacy or security.
