DocRoundupScope and agreement
You must agree to these Terms and read the Privacy Policy before using a business workspace. We record the version and time of your agreement. These development terms still require final review: the legal operator, contact details and governing law must be finalized before public launch.
The service
The intended service helps businesses request, collect and review documents and written information. It does not provide accounting, legal or financial advice, determine document authenticity, or replace the business’s professional judgment.
Accounts and permissions
The proposed account model makes a business responsible for its authorized users and for protecting its account and client links. Clients should use the latest request link supplied by the requesting business.
Your content
The proposed model leaves ownership of uploaded content with its owners and grants only the permissions needed to provide the agreed service. The final agreement must define those permissions and the responsibilities of the requesting business and service provider.
Appropriate use
Users should upload only material they are authorized to provide and should not submit malware, attempt unauthorized access or use the service unlawfully. The final agreement must define enforcement, suspension and appeal procedures.
AI document processing
When AI features are enabled, we may use third-party AI service providers to process uploaded documents, their contents and related request details to extract information and assess whether a document matches a requirement. This information may include personal, confidential or sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy identifies the current providers and explains their data handling, retention and any international processing. By using enabled AI features, you authorize this processing for information you are entitled to provide. You are responsible for informing your clients and obtaining any legally required permission. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. We will disclose material changes to providers or processing practices and obtain additional permission where required. AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect, do not establish authenticity and are not legal, accounting, financial or medical advice. The business remains responsible for reviewing documents and making final decisions.
Plans and payment
Pricing, currency, renewal, trials, cancellation, refunds and plan limits are undecided. This preview does not offer a paid subscription or promise any trial period.
Availability and ending service
The final agreement must specify service availability expectations, maintenance, support, account closure, content export and retention after termination. No production service-level commitment is made here.
Legal provisions still required
The legal operator and reviewer must settle liability, warranties, dispute resolution, governing law, required consumer protections and a contact address before public launch or payment.
